I have a 92 that I drive now, just want to see whts diff in the 93+ cuz i've heard the back seat isn't split .. wondering if its possible as well to change it with parts from the 'yard' ... does the e-break need to be moved?
does the 93+ have a TRUE glove box in front of the passenger ? mine opens but its stupid skinny, all ic an put in there is registration.. everything else goes into the console splitting teh back 2seats..
A DRINK HOLDER!!!! *GASP*!!! I so want a drink holder. .
I've spilt my slurpees a couple of times .. in my 2g lude it used to fit perfect between the e-brake and passenger seat .. nice n snug .. for those big gulps & supersize/biggie size drinks .. It looks like I would definately have to re-locate my e-brake ... hmm ... mines right in the middle, not off to the left like yours. I don't think ..
My power mirror control is in the driver side door in the armrest. and I have my seat heater controls .. guess you dont have them, I think they are by the 4 slots where your mid part flips up.
Do you also have a "real" glove box on the pass. side beneath where the airbag would be ? .. mines dinky small.
is it possible to get some side-shots of the back as well ? or angled with the front seats bent? its hard to visualize the back ...
I should take some shots of my 92 and put em up for comparison.
You guys don't have cup holders?!?! Also, my glovebox is completely worthless, I might be able to fit a cd in that dinky thing. Seat warmers.... I have no such thing. Ill get some more interior shots tomorrow.
seat warmers .. my car sucks for heating up from the vents .. but when i click on my seat warmers .. oh baby ..
also those long highway drives when the lumbar just doesn't cut it .. throw some heat in .. its like a magic bag in your seat ... ahhhh ... (yeah im tryin to make you jelous) ...only cuz im jelous of your cup holder ..
If this still isn't exactly what your looking for, try and describe more of where you want me to take the pic. btw about this seat warmer....did they come in all preludes (s, si, vtec...etc) that year or what?? I wanna find out more about this...even in Florida a seat warmer does come in handy like a week out of the year!
uhm .. if you check under your seat you may have the writing, but I doubt it ...
I know they came standard in all 1992 canadian model 4WS, I dont know about the USDM .. I think majority of the 5th gen come with but I really am not sure ... I think most SR & SR-V after 93 came standard with seat warmers and outside mirror defrost..
its really great, its bloody cold out now . and on long drives ... just push down teh button and the lower of your back from your ass about half way up gets nice and warm .. its soothing and so cozy ... I really feel bad you don't have it ...
Those pics are great, thanks .. I was hoping for a bit less elevated and maybe more zoomed out but they definately captured the specifics I was looking for.
Just need to dig up more info on making the switch.
How does the cup holder handle slurpees ?? .. - I know i know .. forecasted low's of -40's and im worried about spilling my slurpee.
Yeah I was kinda thinking the same thing, that the pics were a little to close up, but you probaly know the lude isn't exactly a huge ass suv inside. Kind of a tiny place to take pictures of, but Ill try again tomorrow.
its all good .. you don't have to .. this is a 95 hey ? .. I've been readin in another thread, apparently the 92 and 93 console is interchangeable and the e-brake can't be moved. .. hrm.
Drink holder ?
