Ok this may not be the best write up but I will try my best, I have no pics from when I did it, so hope it will help.
Tools:
Phillips screw driver
Dremel tool with cutting disk/ and grinding wheel
rachet and 10mm socket
drill with phillips head attachment
sharpie marker

materials:
goto wallmat and buy the 14 dollar foglights (pro chargers) they are small oval shaped
goto micheal's or any arts and craft store and buy some yellow glass stain
two pieces of wood 1/2 in thick 3in by 3in
4 extra screws the size that comes with the fog with phillips head

ok now I will try to explain
1. jack your car up from the front so you will be able to fit your head under it and for enough room for you to work with a drill.
2.Take your glass stain and paint the top of your fog lights in order to get that jdm yellow color. needs to dry atleast 30 min

3. now make a patern from the place where your fog light should normally go, out of paper. Cut a hole out from the pattern where you want your fog lights to be centered. Fog light dementions are 1 1/2 by 2 in oval.

4.with this pattern trace the whole with the sharpie marker onto your fog light insert area onto your bumper.
5. now that you have your hole drawn onto your bumper, where your fog should go. Take your dremel and cut the hole out .
6.The fog lights come with a bracket with two wholes in it for mounting. Take the two screws and with the drill mount them to the small piece of wood (mentioned in the materials).
7. with the car jacked up, take your 10mm racket and socket and take the bottom gaurd off to expose the backside of your fog light area. you will be able to see the hole cut out from the underside of your bumper.

8. now this is the tricky part. with the limited space you have to slip the fog light and the mounted piece of wood, in the location where the fog light will slip through the hole. (watch out for the painted area)

9. place the foglight through the hole and with your drill shoot two screws through the plastic underside of your bumper into the wood. this will support your foglights from moving.

10. replace the bottom guard, and follow the wireing instrustions that comes with the fog lights.

Hope this will help, more pics would help, I appologize. Once you start you will get the idea. Also the wiring instructions coulden't be easier. Warning: you may have to extend some wiring that comes with the kit to get the wiring to reach the switch in your engine bay.
