My 5th gen prelude i bought in June of '08. I'm very proud of this car and how well the single previous owner kept it up, and ill be doing everything in my power to not only keep it in just as good condition but to add on to it to make it better.
Nothing has been done to the car except for an AEM cold air intake, strut bars in the front and rear, Koni coilovers, and Neuspeed 25mm front and rear sway bars.
I'm a little nervous about a body kit since the car is so low to the ground, i dont wanna be a jackass and end up ripping off a fender or something.
Any suggestions? im always willing to take constructive criticism from anyone who is as passionate about their cars as i am.
Most people on this forum go for more subtle exterior mods. That said, an oem lip kit would be a nice addition.
i do want to replace those dark greyish lips on the sides and rear fender of the car, they're kinda ugly so a lip kit would be perfect. i just ordered one from HandA so hopefully itll be here soon. thanks!
If you have the money, a retrofit would be another great addition. Trying to save up for some myself but by the way, you got yourself a good looking lude

Very nice! Being a painter yourself, you should have that lip kit on the prelude in no time. I think you should do some subtle things in the interior and enjoy the basic upgrades on the engine.
What is the direction you want to head in this Prelude anyway?
im trying to get pics of the damage from my dad's digital camera, but he haas to find it first. i didnt get to take the pictures myself because i was in the hospital with broken ribs... im fine now though. between the hospital nurses and the painkillers i put up with for a month+ (Nurses are a definite + ) im all better now... just wish i still had my baby.
anyways, hopefully ill get some pics up here soon.
