well the old guy did run a stop sign so i would see it as being his fault but my bro just got a ticket for vehicular homicide, falure to stay in right lane and driving to endanger

Not everyone over 70 is a careless driver. I believe they should be tested every 2-3 years though to be sure motor skills and vision and such are still good.

I believe he just got 3-5 years in State Penn. for the Involuntary Manslaughter charge?
