You wonht blow stock block, you should get it tuned for 16lbs, on c16 and then run it at the track. Our blocks can handle it. Who ever says it cant is lying. Just dont expect to run at that high boost daily.

16lbs??? u sure??...anything more than 9 and ur definately risking a blown engine no?
Yea im sure. Its all in the tuning bro, and race gas, it really helps with detonation. You could up the timing more with race gas and a good tuner. Theres a hatch back from a shop around here who ran 10s on stock bloc kh22 and a nice turbo in a hatch with slicks. Tuned it to run 16lbs on a huge turbo, ran it the same way it was tuned = 430ish whp, and ran 10.xx at the track. Not bad for a stock block. Of course though over time you would need to redo the bottom end. But if you want that pretty time slip to frame and put on your wall a couple runs wouldnt hurt, if tuned right.
impressive numbers for stock boost. I was only making about 220 with a few bolt ons and a charger. I am trying to make about the same hp. Does the fmax or Rev kits make simular power?
