very true bro. My buddy who is a state trooper has gotten a lot of my friends and myself out of crap with local traffic cops. Anyway, you guys got any suggestions on headers? (not DC sport)

Technically that is true, and if your blue lights flash or blink with the turn signals I can almost guarantee that you will eventually get a ticket for it. I can tell the difference between a prelude and a police car/ambulance/firetruck regardless of the color of the headlights...but that is the law.

Anyway, as for headers, shoot Kronn a PM to see if he is still doing the group buy. The Hytech replica he has been pushing lately seems to be the best bang for the buck currently available from the dynos I have seen. If cost isn't a issue SMSP, Mugen, and Hytech all seem to produce good results. I can also attest that the DC header is worthless, I have one (already on car when I bought it).

I got a 51 in a 35 where if you cross the street(which i was about to when i got pulled ) it's a 45 zone >_<

Back on topic: I'm thinking about getting Blue Lights but i really dont want another ticket for stupid crap.. The lights aren't even on top of the car so it shouldn't matter and there not flashing .

Looks too good,

I definitely want to have a clean engine, similar to yours[even cleaner] when I purchase my Prelude... can't wait.. another 5 months to go..

So what if I had no choice, and the best deal I ended up with came with the dirtiest engine.. what kind of independant work would I need to progress, in order to end up with a clean engine like that ? Or would it be less stress to gett it cleaned out at a body store, or a car cleaner store.. along with the exterior colour ?

Btw, ha .. what are those headband things that you wrap around those fluid containers... and what are those fluid containers lol... from top to bottom

hey man! thats great you are getting a prelude man. It is a fantastic car. now, about the engine.... I own a limousine and car detailing company so I did it myself. What I did was cover the alternator, battery, and intake, then sprayed a degreaser on the engine, let it sit for about two minutes, sprayed it again and then gave the whole engine a heavy power wash. Then you must run your engine for several minutes to keep from water getting in electrical components. The shine is achieved with a mixture of leather conditioner and other silicon ingredients that my company mixes. Hope this helps!
PS the "headbands" are Spoon Sports reservoir covers that absorb condensation around the break fluid and power steering reservoirs

All other engine components( my powder coated parts) must be polished
