2001 Prelude SSM progression! $1X,XXX later!!

Hey everyone! I bought my 2001 base honda prelude about a year ago (July 18, 2008) and I wanted you all the check out what I have done to it in the past year. I have gotten a lot of great ideas and feedback through this site and thought I would share with you all what I have done. Hopefully to inspire and get some good feedback on what you guys think of her so far. Mostly everything has been cosmetic beside a few engine upgrades and some routine maintenance. I will post the pictures of it when I bought it and the progress to what it currently looks like! I own and operate a small car and limo detailing company in Raleigh, NC and am currently a Business Marketing major so I work on my prelude in my spare time, and love every minute of it. Although I have spent about $6,000 on mostly cosmetics and few engine upgrades, they are coming next Will be doing some powder coat work and engine upgrades next! Hope you all enjoy! Thank you all!

Switch back to the own swaybar for the front, and see how much more responsive your handling is! Rear should remain afterarket.

Super clean man, from a fellow NC luder!! I'm in Charlotte though. I have a cousin with a prelude up in Raleigh that goes to NC State too.

But I tried to find a single thing wrong with the body/paint and I couldn't!! lol. My vote goes to some type of lip kit and your car will be the hawtness

I can't see your car because I can't see the pictures of it, but I will replace this comment with my opinion later when I get on a computer that can see these pictures!

i agree, a full lip kit and exhaust would set it off.

However the blue calipers are very ricey, you need to respray them with silver or black. Blue is not complimentary to silver at all.

I think it's very tastefully done. Good job on painting the oem sides and rear I think everyone with a base needs to do that the stock black sucks. Nice work!

I am suprised that you say that! I have had a lot of people say they like the blue color scheme with the silver, I will keep that in mind though man. I am trying to keep it clean looking so I am not going to throw blue everywhere, I just thought it looked good behind the wheels. I am getting an oem lip next week and painting it for the front bumper. Hey, but your car is blue....with silver wheels.... jk thanks for the comments man
