Yes.. It takes the 200 pin memory. I have 2x 512 sticks and 2x 256 sticks.

- What is the model number of the motherboard?

- What do you mean by bad heatsink pin? Will I not be able to connect the heat sink properly to the board?

There is no SATA on the board.. it is a P4.. anything else you want to know, hit me up!

I'll have to take a look at the model number when I get home.

There are 2 pins that hold the heat sink securely to the board. One of them has pulled away. If you want to take 5 minutes and re-solder the pin down, it should be fine.

Its on the north bridge heat sink - not the CPU.
