Bought this new and used it for very low miles.
Does NOT smoke, Seals are still fine, no shaft play at all, bearings are tight and good. No chipped cracked or bent finds whatsoever.
For more info on this turbo, it's a Stock International Navastar Turbo, this originally came with the 1.15 split port housing,
The turbine wheel major dia. is 2.87, and minor dia. is 2.51 or thereabouts
