2002 WRX Sedan 5spd, Aspen White, 89k Miles - $8,750 - Honda Prelude Forum

2nd owner of car. Owned since August of 2008.

Car is a 2002 WRX Sedan in Aspen White, with 5spd transmission, and roughly 89kish miles on it. Previous owner was a Subaru master tech, and kept excellent care of the car, and was always garage kept. I've put on about 2,500 miles on it since owning it, which 1,000 was from driving it home from the sale. Mostly being a weekend/fun car.

The car had been garage kept up until this November, when I purchased a house that did not have a garage.

Factory options: rear spoiler, armrest extension, dimming mirror w/ compass, security system, upgraded speakers, momo shift knob

Performance upgrades: 2004 WRX transmission that was replaced under warranty @30k(fresh clutch installed at this time as well), light weight fly wheel, goodridge SS brake lines, painted side skirts, whiteline steering rack bushings, sti transmission mount, sti stop-pitch mount, sti short shifter assembly, h6 rear brake upgrade with upgraded pads, upgraded headlight bulbs, yellow laminx over fogs, crucial thermostat

I've taken extremely good care of the car since owning it. Oil was just changed with Mobile 1 5w30 full synthetic, the transmission and rear end fluid was changed by previous owner with Red Line before I purchased it. Previous owner just did new OEM front wheel bearings, new TPS, and new TGV sensors. Front brakes just had rotors turned with new organic pads. Has new air filter with resonator removed. Just did a full coolant flush and refilled with redline water wetter in the new mix. Has almost brand new Kuhmo ASX tires on stock wheels.

Car runs great, with no oil burning or any sort of leaks. Exterior is in great shape, with no major dents or blemishes. Interior is in great shape, never been smoked in, and rear seats never saw any use.

Would rank this car 9.5 out of 10.

Asking $8,750 - bank holds title as I still owe on the loan - should not cause any problems with sale, but wanted to make that clear up front.

Seen many bugeye WRX's with over 100k going for the 9k mark, this is a very reasonable price.

Update... snow is finally gone, and sun is out. Took some pictures of the car. It is a little dirty.

Thanks... this was sold about 3 weeks ago.

Didn't drive it much, so don't really miss it or anything.
