Wing or No Wing?

I am going to have my car repainted and done body work too and I was wondering if I should shave my wing or not .Its the stock wing that came with the 1997 SH prelude Eucalyptus Green Pearl is the color of my car .So I was wondering what you guys think I should do wing or no wing.

Wing as in the big wings or wing as in oem spoiler? It also depends on what type of body components you have.

wing as in big wing = no if you going with stock look or yes if you're going with aggressive look
wing as in oem spoiler = yes if you going with stock look or no if you're going with aggressive look

^ Realize that it is very different than the Mugen one. The VIS one weighs probably 10 lbs whereas the mugen is virtually weightless. That may not seem important to you until you open your trunk and realize that it wont stay open anymore. Just an FYI for you.

BTW, no wing for me.

Just imagine flying with no wing. Speaks for itself besides its sexier and chicks love preludes with no wings... haha.

WWRS = no spoiler

OEM, or Mugen I think looks better with spoiler.

I will admit I was about to buy a mugen wing when I had the prelude but EVERYONE convinced me not to. Just dig really deep down inside your heart and soul and maybe pray to the prelude Gods... they will guide you... lol

No wing. A rear wing helps push the back of the car down, thus lifting up the front, losing traction. A rear wing is beneficial for a rear wheel drive car, not front wheel.

Wings are good for any car at high speeds. The back end can come out from you in a FWD. If you really are worried about downforce problem on a FWD, then just get a front nose spoiler. Besides on preludes it's mainly for looks, The power of christ compels you get a wing!

Haha! if you are getting an OEM spoiler on a prelude (or not getting one, for that matter) because of the downforce, you have your priorities pretty screwed up
