Weird audio problem

OK, so i'm drving home from a friends house around midnight, just playing some music, not loud at all and my rear speakers start making this really really loud "beeeggggrrrr" sound. I turn the volume down and nothing changes. Then i accidentaly roll down my window and it stops and goes back to my cd.

Does anyone have any idea as to what this could possibly be?

I still have the stock HU but I have boston rc 620's up front and boston nx97 in back powered by a 50x4 eclipse amp.

Eclipse amp? Try running w/o the amp. Sounds like the amp is taking a dump on you.

ok, so it happened twice again today, one time my music was on just like before but it was only for about a second and then stopped. After that i turned my HU off so it wouldn't happen again, it did. I drivin home from work and 11, i make a turn and it goes off again, really fvckin loud. I hit my window and it stops.

Can someone please help me?

All I can think is that it's faulty wireing but i don't know.

With the HU off it's doing it? The sound is definitely coming from the speakers? You have a serious problem there, either with wiring or the amp. Without taking a look at it, it's impossible to say.
