Damn Mazda 6 freaked out when they got cut off, dodged right, hit my driver's side front fender, and knocked me into someone's front yard. I hit a big bolder and bounced back into the street. I bounced down the road with no front suspension for another 1/8 mile until I slid to a stop up on a curb.
Ya. They wrote it off as uninsured motorist on the guy that cut him off even though they didn't actually connect. I had to pay my thoussand dollar deductable, but I actally got more for the car than I paid for it.... so it's not all that bad.
Ouch thoes pix hurt, if its uninsure then i doubt you will get anything from them. My dad got hit from a kid, uninsure too. What piss me off is the cops came and do nothing to the kid, so he didn't issue the kid any citation, just make the guy park his car and making sure he can't drive it. Once police leave i saw the kid just get back in his car and takes off again.
Some people just can't drive right, a lot of them get their Drivers license out of a cereal box!!!
Sorry about the lude!

I didn't have to pay for the towing. That was charged to the body shop that it was taken to. All said and done, I paid $11,275 + $1500 for suspension and tires; and they paid out $12,500 after my $1000 deductable. I think that in the end I came out ahead financialy. I just have the emotional loss to deal with
