Because it's fun and annoys you. ha ha ha and I have been awake way to long my relief didn't show at work so I had to work till about 10 and then I got home and am wide awake I hate that, but I guess i'll stop whoreing your thread

I dunno what its called. you insert a bulb into it and it has 2 wires comming out. it twists out of the lense assembly.
