Just cause I'm bored, I'd figured I'd show off my newest mod for my car. I finally go around to doing the LED conversion to my gauge cluster to match the rest of my interior LED mods....It was a PITA and took me about 3-4 hours to complete, but let me know what you guys think. I still have to mess with the RPM needle a little more, same with the Speedo needle cause it's off just by a little bit

On a similar note, i got my progress sway bar and JDM fogs in this week along with getting the body work fixed.

I don't even know if I'll do these for people, cause the guy I bought th LEDs from took about 1.5 months to finally get here, and I wouldn't want people upset at me for not having it done quick enough. I bought them for a guy on Ebay who's located in Hong Kong. It was me and a few other people on preludepower who all had the same problems with recievieing them late....I'm going to do this 1 more time for my other car, and hopefully all goes well. I'll let everyone know if I decide to go ahead and make a couple more

Hey Brian, do you know what caused the needles to go off track? Do the LEDs block something? Or do they go off track when you scrape the back of the gauge? I was reading that thread on preludepower about another guy having the same problem.

I just ordered some of those bulbs from that guy as well. Hopefully it won't take 1.5 months like most people.

I had pulled the needles out completely which is why they're off a little. I'm going to mess with them again tomorrow.

You should get the intelliglow needles from import intelligence in blue. Would look sweet with this setup.

Not to bring this back from the dead, but Bryan, was there a write up somewhere on this. I got the LED conversion in red from Travis, but need to match my gauges as well now.

ahh I had the same problem with the needles after I did my retrofit guages but don't worry about the needles man. It's either stop or fast : ) Which if anyone knows me is so true. Miss you guys and Brian lets meet back up in uptown again!

^is it just because you guys changed the color of the needles?

I think Ill be keeping mine the same color (matching red conversion i got from Travis

Defanitly was tight out there. I just didn't like the fact of how small that place was

I didn't change the color of the needles at all. It's just that there isn't really any spot to have a bulb shine directly on the needles. The whole conversion took me about 2-3 hours to complete.
