were they just drunken fools? did you know them? that sucks. at least you're ok (ok enough to get on PO)
if it were me and someone threw **** at my car, i'd be on the phone with the police giving them my location and their plates. i'm more worried about the damage than kicking some ass.
That's why I carry a tazer in my glove-box. When people see me test fire that 900,000 volt bad boy they get scared........ People dont funk with me anymore. I was driving my mom's A4 convertable one day and some punk called me a ***ot while I was driving by. I stoped in the middle of the road and threw it reverse and pulled into a drive way( super trooper style). I pulled out that tazer and went after his ass. That kid was so scared he almost shat his pants.
where a dude will provoke you and you leave the car, only to have their friends steal your car. sucks
Yea. One night a few years ago I was driving around the backroads by 20 and 183, and this girl was on the side of the road with her spare sitting on the side of her car. I pulled over and asked her what's wrong. Said she needed help getting her wheel off, had her tools in her passenger seat. So I opened the door and saw the wrench. Next thing I know I hear running. Look back and see two guys coming at my side. The girl starts yelling stuff in spanish and.....long story short they were pounding on my back and I swung the wrench at one of them. Hit the side of his face. Lots of yelling. I ran back to my car and drove off. I have a bad habit of leaving the car running wherever I stop.

Oh damn man, that straight up sucks. That's a reason never to help a girl late at night, cause she probably has some boyz sitting around waiting to jump you and steal your car. At least you got away

Ah, to be young, dumb, and full of...nevermind...Seriously, I'd invest in a non-lethal incapacative device. People are thinking up more creative ways to take another person's property every day. See, up here in Burkburnett, and especially on Sheppard, we really don't have to worry about this sort of thing. But if we lived in the city, you better believe me and the wife would have tazers. You should really be more cautious in the future, you never know what you're getting yourself into, ya know?
Damn dude!! That totally sucks. Nowadays you have to really think about how you react. You never know when some dumba$$ like that might be armed and not hesitate to shoot. My advise, play it cool ( I know it's hard to get yourself to do that in the heat of the moment ), but...act like nothing and get on that cell phone ASAP. Lay back and follow them at a distance...they may think you're woosing out and not realize you're following them (if you do it right)...meanwhile you're getting some real back up on the way. Another thing I've learned....anytime you're out past midnight (especially weekends) you're increasing your odds of running into the wrong person/people. Recently I learned about the following statistics that blew my mind: On Friday and Saturday nights past midnight, one out of three drivers is past their alcohol limit. But then again, you just never know. One day on my way home from work I had two cars trying to mess with me to take my car. A car came up next to me and swerved into my lane....when I looked at them to see wtf was their issue, the guy yelled "we're taking your ride, essey". when I went to get into the other open lane, their friends were blocking it. Since it was only two cars, I was able to do some down shifting and crazy a$$ maneuvering to ditch them at an exit, but damn, scary moment.
Andy
So glad you're okay, though.
