In order to change the belt. (atleast on 4th gens, I would assume that 5th gens are the same)

1. loosen the 12mm lock nut on the adjusting bolt.
2. loosen the two 12mm nuts on the driver's side of the ps pump (do not remove)
3. loosen the 1 front 12mm bolt on the passenger's side of the ps pump (do not remove)
4. now start backing out (loosening) the adjusting bolt until it no longer contacts the mount.
5. Now the ps belt should be loose enough to remove

Install new one in reverse order.

I am not sure what you are talking about when referring to the pulley bolt. The pulley doesn't need to be removed to change the belt.

I will try to find a picture that I can post to label what parts I am referring to.

I would guess that you will need to get a new adjusting bolt then. Until then you may just have to remove the new belt and drive without power steering.

Don't bet on it, they can order it but may not have it in stock.

it might be worth calling and asking, but my experience is that they never have any parts for my car in stock.
