Anyone have their base springs?

If you happen to have your base springs from a 5th gen sitting around would anyone mind bringing them to the next meet so I can compare them with my SH springs? Reason is, I remember when I was doing my front suspension with doug, we used base kyb's and base springs, it acctually raised the car. I was to know if the base springs are longer than SH, or is the spring perch on the kyb higher than that of the stock SH shock.

I parked my car once next to an SH and my car was noticably lower. My base springs are on my car right now though, but I have some complete OEM shocks and springs coming in the mail soon.

Up from the dead....... what did you find out? I am thinking of getting KYB AGX's and using my stock Base Springs on my base lude. I don't want the ride higher if that is the case.

I'm on AGX's and base springs, but I also have a base model.

There isn't any difference in ride height that I can tell, but I will say that I hate the AGX's and would be willing to sell you mine for very cheap. They would also come with the springs on them, as I have another complete shock setup.

It's kinda cool that they have 1-4 adjustments on stiffness, but I don't like any of the settings.

Not sure why there was any confusion. The base vs SH springs are different as are the shocks- both the length/perch height are different as are the perch (bottom spring coil) diameters (SH are smaller).
