Was clipped on the front right fender by another prelude. That lude then got in front of me and went around another car that got scared ****less and swerved into my left front side. I was forced into the curb and bounced down the road for like 100 yards. I lost both front axles, both front rims, both fenders, both doors, right side mirror, hood, front bumper, exhaust, and whatever else was ****ed up under the car as it bounced down the road.
Whoever's house that was had a big ****in rock sitting in their front yard that I hit. It bounced me back into the road and might be the only reason I didn't hit a tree or go into the ditch...
If anyone sees a green 5th gen prelude in North Dallas/Richardson area that has white paint on its front driver's side, follow their asses!!! I want to know who the ****er was that hit me and scared the mazda driver into me.
The pix I took w/ my phone are crap. I'll get better ones when it's brighter outside tomorrow.
HOLY CRAP! Sounds like a real bad accident. How are you? I sure hope someone finds that guy in the green lude. I'll be sure to keep an eye out. Is the insurance going to cover this? I hope a few other people pulled over so you can have enough witnesses. Maybe someone can remember the license plate. Where did this take place?
I'm good except for my knee hitting the dash. I've been told that I'll feel the effects tomorrow though.
The whole thing happenned half a mile west of the Coit/Spring Valley intersection. The driver of the Mazda stopped because he had a flat tire and is a witness to the other car's horrible driving. I say horrible because it was clear that he didn't know how to handle his speed.
Yes, my insurance will cover this, but I'm going to try to get it covered under uninsured motorist so I don't have to pay the $1000 deductible and the other guy won't have to have it pinned on him for swerving into me.
Good to hear that you okay. I'm around Coit/Spring Valley almost everyday. I'm taking a few classes at Richland. You know there are a few green preludes there. I'll definitely check out the parking lots. Is there any marks or something that stands out that I can reference to? I'll take to camera tomo and see if I spot any.
Its people like these that piss the hell out of me. I sure hope you/me/someone finds that asswhole.
Holy crap!! I hope you're OK! That's horrible to hear. Best of luck getting your 4th gen running so you can at least drive that.
On the bright side, you just got done with a photoshoot that will preserve some memory of it.
Here ya go:
This might be slightly innapropriate timing, but isn't it ironic that you were talking about wanting to be hit in the rear so you could get your car repainted?

Yeah thats what I was gonna say. I am glad you are alright though man.
Awww that's fvcked up. How's a fellow Prelude driver going to hit you and just drive off? That's just straight up bulllllshiiiit...At least you made it out of the wreck okay. What are you planning on doing now?

Sorry, no luck at Richland College. I checked before and after class. I'm going to be around that area driving back and forth because of earns, so I'll keep looking out.
Ya. Kind of a weird feeling thinking of going out to my car and driving it and then realizing it won't be there. It's like I lost a piece of me. I put so much time, effort, and money into that car...
Anyway, I thought I made it out without a scratch, but I have a sore knee, a bruised thigh, and a constant headache. Everyone keeps telling me that I may have suffered a concussion and I need to go to the hospital. I think I'll go tomorrow.
