I am located in PA, and I am willing to travel a reasonable amount for the right car. I have set me budget range at $4-7,000 depending on the car. Here is what I am looking for.

-Clean Title
-Manual
-Maintenance records (at least the important stuff like timing belts etc)
-Mileage isn't a huge deal to me as long as the car is clean and taken care of
-Mods are not as important to me as a clean clean Prelude with no mods
-Color does not matter
-Rust... ah, I'd rather not real with it. I'd like to think a good owner who took care of their car would have dealt with that issue.
-Non-smoker
-Mechanically sound, good tires, limited cosmetic flaws.

The issues you speak of with interior and exterior cosmetics I can take care of before you receive vehicle. I can have it repainted and dents taken out before you receive vehicle which I wouldn't mind. I will drive vehicle to you after you purchase. Since september I have replaced speed sensor.
