WTB (BAD) - 5th Gen Prelude - North East

Ok everyone, first thing to make clear- I HAVE CASH IN HAND. This isn't for a trade nor any other run around. I have cash and I am planning on buying this weekend. Whoever wants to make a sale simply has to contact me.

I am having some issues finding exactly what I want and figured I would simply ask here. I am in the North East and I want a 5th Gen Prelude.
I owned one before and I want a 5 speed this time around.

My main concern is that I want a gorgeous shell. I have the possibility of a fully built H22 to drop in however I would prefer not to go that route. I don't want rust! BUT for the right price I will go ahead with the body work route.

I am going to be brutally honest with you all, I assure you I am not a dick but this is what I am finding most of you are missing as of late so I will bring it up now up front-

A- The market sucks, a 20k car six months ago is going for 12k now. I know this based on tracking sales and statistics. (Yes, it is my job to do this.)

B- These cars are 97-01, no bank will issue an auto loan based on the year nor mileage that most of you are selling.

C- Adding a paint job, a different motor, suspension, exhausts.... That does add some value in some people's eyes, a non OEM vehicle drops in price quite a bit. Double edged sword though, mods can add quite some value at times.

I don't want to drop 7-8k, not for a car that old. I see plenty of ludes go for 3-5k. All based on year, NADA, current TRUE costs, condition and shell. Regardless of what you can offer, I will either request a compression test or do it myself during the sale.

So, those of you asking $6,500 and still sitting on your rides waiting endlessly.... Who wants to make a sale? I unfortunately see people sit on stuff and then sell it for massive loss. I'm not here to screw anyone, but lets come to amicable terms and make someone work out this weekend.

If you want to make a sale, post on up and list some info. I am interested BAD!
