97 Type SH/Type S Swap - ~85kmi/~30kmi- $11.5k OBO - NEW YORK

It has come time to see if anyone would be interested in this prelude:

This is a 97 Type SH with a JDM Type S Swap.
The body has ~85k miles, the motor and transmission has ~30k miles from H-Motors
This car has a Manual 5speed transmission with no grinds
I am the second owner

Details of the car as follows:

JDM Type S FULL swap (meaning everything from intake to exhaust, including all sensors and transmission have only ~30k miles) - Has all papers
Excedy Organic Clutch (OEM/Stock clutch feel and engagement)
Ebay intake with K&N filter
DC Ceramic Coated Header
Apexi WS2 Exhaust (sounds just like stock to me)
Forum short shifter adapter
Front upper strut tower brace

Carbon Fiber Hood (original hood included)
HID Fog lights
17" Rota Tarmac with Kumho Ecsta 712 rubber (80% tread left)
JDM Fog lights
OEM Front Lip
Rockford Fosgate door speakers
JBL 4 channel amplifier
Clarion 6CD changer
Kenwood hard wired FM modulator

Extras include:
4 Blizzacks with steel rims (80% tread)
Extra Type SH transmission and ATTS unit
Extra Type SH short block with forged internals

Maintinence includes:
Timing belt changed 500 miles ago
Transmission fluid changed 500 miles ago
New OEM radiator 100 miles ago
New battery 3 months ago
New O2 sensor 1000 miles ago

This is not a part out, I am looking to sell the car as a whole. I am selling because I have too many goddamn cars between me and my girlfriend. The prelude has always been my novelty car (hence the low milage). I wax the hell out of the car, but being that the previous owner used to drive in NYC, there are door dings and bumper scuffs. In short, the front and rear bumper will need some paint. The car has been garaged for the past 3 years of me owning it. No rust on the car, as this car is not my daily driver, I have a neon that takes me to and from the train station, and typically a motorcycle for the weekends. This car has been a hobby for me.

I am asking $11,500 and am negotiable based on the extras that you take (I'm not adding them as much value in my asking price). I am well aware that money i've spent on the car is pretty much not recoverable. The motor can be considered new and installed professionally, hence the price tag.

DO NOT PM ME, DO NOT REPLY TO THE THREAD (I DO NOT CHECK OFTEN)

I am VERY responsive to both means of communication.

I have a LOT of pictures, I currently do not have them on hand, but they will be posted over the weekend.
