The body has a rebuild title which is why the asking value is so low. Chassis has 175k miles, motor had around 30k miles from h-motors, now it has 40k and all other parts have less than 7500k miles on them. Bushings installed this year by Honda (I work there). Just got a tune up at Honda this month.
It received these upgrades totaling over $9k:
- FULL (documented) H22a Type S motor and tranny swap

- Tranny included has a factory LSD, the version is the Sir S-Spec
o (The only difference between the Type S and Sir S-Spec H22a’s is the transmission. Type S has ATTS from 5 gen Preludes and the Sir S-Spec has an LSD. The ATTS system weighs an extra 400lbs and cannot be used by a 4 gen Prelude).
