Trying to gauge a good price to sell my baby. But she has some issues. Mostly been in NH, save for 3 years in AZ.

Negatives
~117.5k miles
* Needs a timing belt
* Needs a new transmission soon (it works fine now, but I expect it needing work soon)
* The AC is broken
* Needs front rotors replaced
* Needs new driver & passenger window regulators
* The sunroof needs to be looked at (it seals shut loudly)
* Will need new tires

What's nice about the car?
* It's a Prelude SH
* It's red
* AEM Cold Air Intake
* DC Headers
* Flowmaster Exhaust
* Wired for an amp (amp not included)
* Alpine CD/MP3 deck
* Indiglo gauges
* The clutch was replaced ~30k miles ago

Exterior is in fine condition, save for a scratch on the left of the front bumper (see pictures). Makes me VERY sad to have to sell her, but I can't afford to fix a car that I won't need soon (moving back to the city).

KBB says your Honda is worth about $5k in "Fair" Condition (value does vary based on location, for ex. in Phoenix fair value is $5.5k)

Fair is defined as:
Some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition.
Clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional.
Tires may need to be replaced.
There may be some repairable rust damage.

Since the new owner will have to sink some major coin into it after buying it "fair" value sounds about right to me.
