I lowered the price down to $3000. I have been driving it around weekly just to exercise it, still running very strong.

I think you can sell it for closer to your asking price. For some reason 5th gens are harder to sell than 4th gens. The low(er) asking price may be a red flag [bad] to buyers. Sometimes a higher price looks better even though you don't expect to get it.
