1997 Honda Prelude with 213,XXX miles. Base model with 5 speed transmission. All stock including intake and exhaust, even shift knob is stock. Cold AC, power steering, power windows, power mirrors, power sunroof, power mirrors, and cruise control. I don’t know if it is the original engine or not but it runs great, has plenty of power, has no leaks, and idles very, very smoothly. Does not smoke or make any unusual engine noises. Clutch is good. In the photos, the rear wheels are on the wrong sides of the car. This has been corrected and I have since replaced one bad tire. So on the front it has a matching pair of BF Goodrich tires that are near new. One back tire matches the fronts but has about half tread. The other rear tire that I just replaced is a Kumho Ecsta with about ¾ tread and the car comes with another Kumho Ecsta with ¾ tread so that if you want you can install and have a matching rear pair. One wheel is missing the center cap which is about $20 at the local Honda dealer.
Body is in very nice condition but it needs a paint job. The VIN on all panels except for the hood match the car, so I assume it was in a minor accident at some time and the hood was replaced and the front and right side of the car repainted. The rest of the car has original paint and it has faded badly to pink. Car is wet in photos so the fading doesn’t look as bad as it really is. The hood has a shallow dent right in the middle of it and is slightly pushed in along the passenger side headlight. (I can put you in touch with someone who has a good used OEM hood for $125.) The passenger side tail light has a crack. Other than this the only body damage is a couple of small dings and minor scratches typical for a car this age. The driver side door handle functions but should be replaced. It doesn’t return to its position of being flush with the body and you have to play with it a little to get it unlocked.
Interior is in very nice shape and very clean. Seats have no rips or wear through. The fabric appears faded in the photos but it really is not as bad as the camera makes it appear - I think it is just the sheen of the fabric. The dash is perfect. Has a Honda AM/FM/CD stereo that sounds great. Spare tire, jack, and lug wrench are all there. Owners manual is in glove box.
This is a very nice unmolested 5-speed 5th generation Prelude that needs little to look as good as it drives. I don’t think you can beat it for the price.

I also have a longblock that has 122k miles that can go with the car for an additional $500, and a 5 speed tranny that can go with the car for an additional $300. May sell separate from car for slightly more.
