^could be cause it refered to p2p programs and other forums where they show you how to "bend" the rules. something along the lines of that......

bad example but i think you can relate possibly: "how do i download songs off the internet? or how do i rip a dvd?"

i didn't lock it (seeing as i'm not a mod) but i can see the reasoning behind it. and this is merely a suggestion, nothing more

p2p? I was asking not where to get the software, but how to use it.
What is odd is that a mod came in and added to the discussion but kept it locked.

The only reason howardforums and such don't allow those convos is because they have sponsors that charge for the service. AFAIK, PO.com has no such sponsors.
