rid of the 30 secs in between posts?

or shorten in, cause i am in clerical work and i type fast and i seem to get that message alot and its annoying.

I tend to open a bunch of threads at once, and read them one by one.
The 30 second delay is super annoying when I want to reply to two seperate threads.
Moreso when it causes me to lose my typed reply.
If the flood control is on, could it please save the message that was written so it can be resent when the timer is up?
