Even if a thread title has NSFW in it, the rest of the title itself may be NSFW. For example: "My pussy is soooo wet *NSFW*." The whole point of having the nsfw disclaimer is so that monitoring programs, or people walking by, don't pick up naughty things/keywords, right? So why not create a subcategory within OT with all NSFW stuff. This doesn't mean you can start posting nudity, etc., but at least if you're at work you know to avoid that section altogether.
