The new message board is ugly...

Back when i became a member the layout was alright, but than it was changed maybe a year and half ago and it looked great. For my message board I modeled it after that one because I think it was perfect. This new scheme is ugly, an eyesore, and harder to navigate. You cant improve on perfection, please go back to the most recent scheme.

They are working on new color scheme/skins to make it easier to read. Unfortunately they cannot [and will not] just "go back" to the previous, outdated version of vBulletin. The upgrade was done for a reason.

I agree I've been on all day and it's hard to navigate. The last one was perfect...I really hope it gets better. That, and the search function was only searching general discussion...nothing else.

I hate the way quick reply works now.
I want my 'classic' white on black/grey po.com style back.
I never changed to the newer one cause I hated it.
The old one was easy to read and easy to find new posts, etc.

On the bottom right corner of the PM there's a "quote" button which acts as a reply button.

Just because you update to a newer version of vBulletin does not mean you have to change schemes. vBulletin has a bajillion options, and some of them include using older vbulletin schemes. I know because I just purchased a vbulletin license for my up and coming porn site.

However, the old VB2 styles do NOT work with VB3... that, and we needed a bit of a change.

All I want is to NOT HAVE TO CLICK ANY BUTTONS other than post to post a 'Quick Reply'
Scrolling back up to find the quick reply button is annoying as hell.
