Meetings Vs. Regional Forums

Hey all,

I love the new Regional Forums. Several threads have been started in the regional forms about locals meets. But isn't that what the Meetings Forum was for? Why have two forums serving the same purpose? That means you have to check two different forums to keep up with potential meets/events in your area and if you want to organize an event you really need to post in both forums in order to reach the maximum audience. Are there any plans to do something with the Meetings forum?

I guess its still there to let people gradually get used to the new Regional forums. I love em too but some people don't like change. That's just my guess.

i think its a good idea....

not that many people look in the Meetings forum that often and theyre more prone to look in there own respective geographical location forum....
