How to set some options on the old skin

I switched to the old PO skin, but I still have the navigation bar on the left, which wastes a ton of real estate, IMO. I'd like to move it to the top, if possible. If not, I'd probably be happy just getting rid of it all together. I've looked in options, but no luck. Am I missing it? Is there a way to do this?

Also, is there a way to get rid of the random thumbs at the top of the forum home?

Exodus said he talked to the admins about this yesterday. Once you switch to the old skin it was supposed to revert back to the old layout, IE the home page will take you to the forum listing. I did this and it worked originally, but now it's back to how it was- navi bar on the left and a scatterd list of threads.

To disable the navbar on the left its the same regardless of what skin your on. Under the User CP - go to Edit Profile and scroll down and set the sidebar to disabled. Works for me.
