Can we allow avatars for paid members? I think most paid users would like that. I have always been disappointed that PO never allowed avatars.

Things we might also consider:
1) smaller signature dimensions for non-paid members
2) Changing the subscription fee. Don't know if changing from $7 to $5 or $10 makes any difference.
3) Give out perks for those members who contribute significant technical information to the board (e.g. write-ups for modifications, writing a FAQ)
