Hey guys I'm planning to install my Zex kit b4 it gets too cold. I need to know the wire gauge for the 3 wires from the NMU. The red / white/ black wires. Does anyone know what gauge they are?

And as for the intake, I can just make a small hole and shove the nozzle into it rite? As long as it wont fall out?

you will want to have a bung on your intake and screw the nozzle in there, as it is pretty vital to have it stay in place (especially in a wet kit, imagine the nozzle coming out and spraying n2o and fuel on your header or something). The kit should come with the bung, so no worries there (unless it is used, but it still should have one). As for the wiring, the barney box shouldn't consume much power so nothing too big would be needed.

I'm not sure about the Zex kit, but I used 18 gauge wire for my NX kit install. I would imagine it would be the same.

NOS recommends using 14-gauge wiring (minimum). That's what I use..

I bought a Zex kit used and it didnt come with a bung. Anyone know where I can order it? I tried e-mailing zex but I never heard back from them.

I dont have a bung either. I'm jus goign to drill a small hole and shove the nozzle in there. then get some JB WELD and make sure that thing dont move
