Zex install done, write up coming soon

I finished installing my Zex kit today. I'm planning on doing a write up on it since the link in the sticky's doesn't work. Tested it out and it's working fine. Bottle pressure at 1000. No leaks, and planning on going to the track and dyno within the month. Haven't decided if I'm getting a purge/bottle heater.

Thanks to Padge and typeshlude2001 for clearing up my TPS question, almost tapped into some other wire.

Here's a link to all the pics I took. (forgot to take one of the switch in the coin holder).

looks like the nozzle is a little close to the tb might want to move that back for safe measure...other than that awesome install, i wish i'd have the patience to hide everything under the rainguard besides my purge kit...i like it

I concur, I placed my nozzle past the first bend, probably 8" away from the tb (I'd have to measure the distance though, I just roughly guessed).

Yeah, the instructions said 6"to 18" from throttle body. I think mine is around 5". I'll probably move it further back if I decide to install a purge kit, since I'd have to move the box around a little to fit that purge extension in. Guess I could cover up the old hole with some thick 3m sticky tape.
I'm probably also going to paint the purple nozzle black. It kinda stands out.

I've sprayed about 5 times so far and it pulls pretty hard. Definitely noticable. I'll probably save the rest of the bottle until I go to the track
next month. It's very addicting but I'll probably be spending more time with my new Honda toy that I got yesterday.
More CBR600RR pics : here

(The mustang GT is my roommate's. Runs low 14's.)
