well i did a compression test after two months with the 55 shot. everything is fine, 210 all the way across, now im considering bumping up to a 65 shot. would u guys do it? i dont wanna screw anything up, i mean if im safe with a 55 shot and not a 65, i dont wana up it. it is a dry shot also. zex kit. anyone running the 65 shot zex kit dry? help me out guys, i dont wanna screw anything up and im on stock ignition and whatnot. i know andy is running a 75 shot wet with no ignition or anything, but i dont wanna push the limit like he is. what would u guys do? im running 14.5 right now and that is pretty fast for me, but if i can go faster, i might as well...
it seems almost everyone running zex 55 and 65 is fine... especially since NX guys are running 75 shots fine. I would just check with vector since it seems in one thread he mentioned detonating on a 65
At this point I'm running a zex dry 75 shot on my car with zex plugs (2 steps colder) and 2 degrees retarded timing (i know they reccomend 4 but my car handles it just fine) It all depends on how your car takes to it

you might experiment with one step colder plugs and more timing retard, that way you aren't running such cold plugs every day.
I'd do it and check your plugs. The nos dry kit runs rich and the zex kit seems to run even richer. Check your plugs after your first run. I run a dry 70 shot with stock plugs with no problems.

lol stfu andy....so u guys think i should wait till i get ignition to bump up to a 65 shot? just to be safe? i would rather not take the chance on screwing up my car, it is a daily driver and i wont have the money to fix it if stuff starts breakin..
