I've had nitrous on my car now for about two years. I've gone through about 5 bottles so far on my 97 ss. I am running a zex 65 shot on 92 octane pump gas w/ no ignition retard and my plugs read out fine.

I spray almost everyday, been about a year now, have sprayed in every gear including fifth, (after speaking to my friend who owned holley at one point so no flames on that) and no problems. NOS 70 dry single fogger.
