I get around 10-12 1/4 mile passes out of a 10 lb bottle. There is still 2 pounds left in it, but once you start getting low it is best to refill since the shot doesn't kick in as much.

Alright 3 people supposedly blew motors, however nobody has said how they blew them due to nitrous. If you are going to say you blew your motor lets here a story about it.

My story......

Ran out of N20 just before eliminations (bracket racing) so was about to catch the guy I was racing against shifted from 3rd to 2nd = boom bent all exhaust valves and the bolts came out of the flywheel into the clutch and warped the crank.....

2 months later I get my car back........oh yeah and CTPrelude bought my kit so I could get my head done. So I no longer run N20 but I challenge you to find someone here that has beat my times on a 50 shot in a fifth Gen..

Alright, so J01SH blew up because he misshifted, not because of nitrous. Has anyone actually blown up because of nitrous? Now being an idiot and not taking the necessary precautions while running nitrous doesn't count. If you did everything right and still blew then say that you blew your motor.

still alive and kickin! been a month, only though 6 bottles

125 wet shot [85 to tha ground]
only 'mod' i did was upgrade the fuel pump. when i wasnt sprayin this big of a shot i was fine iwth 93 oct. now with the larger shot, i dont spray much unless ive got my regular gas mixed with some high oct leaded usually. last time at the track it was 4gal 93unleaded with 4gal 112leaded. i dont have a cat to worry about, and the o2 sensor is still workin like a charm

I would recommend 1000 psi. If your car is in the sun for a while it is possible to see 1200 psi, but you might start running lean since it is spraying more nitrous due to the pressure.

I hope to carry on your legion JO1SH, but first I need some BFGs. Sad part is I havent even gone to the track yet with the N2O.
