Wheres your arming switch & bye bye button?

I put my arming switch in that cubbie hole underneath my stereo and I bought a b&m T shift knob for my button before I knew that N.O.S made one I am going to buy that one next.If I had pics I would put them on. But does anyone else??

Thanks... it looks a tad rough in that pic because the car was in bad need of a detail, but since that was taken its gotten one, so it all looks very nice.

My install isn't 'stealth' but when you spray, its loud as hell anywya, so why bother with the headache of trying to hid it.

(plus it looks cool!)

all i have is an arming switch and a full throttle sensor. it's in the pocket under my cruise control button. why do you guys have a button to use the bottle as well? except for wheel-hop when i launch badly, i don't have much of a traction problem in 1st gear. my bottle ends up spraying from the last few hundred rpms in 1st and all through every gear after. i have a 5-spd, though, and maybe it's a bit differnt with the ss.
wordie- i hide it so people like police and poential victims don't know it's there until its too late. also, most of the cars i race are so noisy to begin with that they can't hear me spraying, and the crowd desn't cause i'm in second before things start to go fast. the first night i had it, i convinced everyone there that i wasn't using it or even had the bottle in the car- even the peeps who saw it installed believed it! ( stopped an removed the bottle real fast at teh installers house before getting back to the meeting spot)

What do mean? Why would I need to reach it when I shift

??? So you're at a light... you reach down and arm the switch... then you're spraying all the way through first, and you don't disarm until you're done with the run?

Floor it... as soon as it shifts to second gear... (5000 or 5200 rpm) I hit the switch... I take it all the way to 100 at... 100 I disarm it.... just to be safe. That way I take it easy on first... 0 traction issues... AND I know that Im not spraying for more than 10 seconds at the time.

But some people call me overly cautious... but... better safe than sorry. ::

I don't spray before 3k in first. I go at about 70% until 2800 which gets me moving and then floor it. I just cant wait for second with the super long gears in the SS. My car doesn't have any traction issues, not even in 1st

You will be fine, my car has 75k miles on it an handles it all day. I even hit it a 2800 one day with no problems. One warning though, if you try it, that is your new launch. The first gear pull is unreal. My favorite is a rolling start race from about 4k in 1st with nitrous, you will re-define "own3d" or what every you call it
