I am a long time reader but a first time poster. I just ordered the ZEX kit for my 'lude and I was wondering where can I purchase the NGK plugs (NGK-BKR7E). Are they available at a Autoparts store like GrandAuto, Napa Auto Parts, etc. Id like to have these plugs before I install my Kit.
Honda dealer is the best place to get them. I stockpiled a few sets for myself and red98lude for backup.
NGK model # zfr7f-11

So aneurysm, you're the one w/ the high-mileage Si w/ nitrous huh? 133k, right? Yeah, I'm about to get nitrous on my '89 Si w/ 159k. I've got a few things to replace first though.

yeah...I've got 133k. The car was previously bought new and driven by a chick that never had it over 3500 rpms....so its broken in well but in perfect shape.
However, I can vouch for a 3rd gen with high miles because I am not too familiar of how much abuse those smaller engines can take. I would try and find a couple of ppl that have, or have had, a nitrous setup on their 3rd gen.

Well, they're really sturdy motors. I have confidence that it'll be okay w/ a small shot (50-60 jet). Once I decide to up it to a 75 shot, I'll make some mod.'s to the motor and drivetrain. There's noone on this board w/ a 3g that's running nitrous, and that sux. There's a few people on HP.com, but they haven't updated their setup for a year or two, so I can't really find anyone.
