Whats the difference between wet and dry kits?

I plan on getting a zex kit for my SS lude but im wondering what the difference between wet and dry is... Is one safer then the other or does one wield more power then the other??? Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Read the stickys they have a lot of good information.

and for future notice do a search before you post almost everything has been covered before so you should be able to find what you need.
