u guys r talking about the powershot ones correct? The cheater series for NOS are much better right, cuz that is what i purchased...

Yeah cheaters are good, they have teflon seals and big coils. Powershots are included in import kits and they are the ones that suck.

How much are the cheater ones? For some reason, my dry kit has TWO n2o solenoids, and in between that is this blue thing that has a clear tube coming out of it. Any idea of what it is? There's also the purge kit that has a n2o solenoid also (is it supposed to have that?)

One indication of a bad solenoid would be having severely low nitrous pressure when you're spraying.

About that extra noid and that clear tube... is that the actual purge kit you're referring to?

here's some pics..

here's the 2 noids and the blue thing. If you look at the bottom of the pic, there's clear tube coming out of it. I'm not sure what this is.. it has an AN fitting at the end of the clear tube.

Here's the purge.. I think... there's this black metal hollow piece that comes out of it that makes me believe that it's the purge.
