The highest shot I would run on a bolt on setup would be a 100 shot (or 75 shot of NX). You could probably squeeze a 125 shot a few times and be fine, then again things might not be. There are several users spraying a 75 shot of NX (around a 100 horse shot at the crank, since NX shot sizes are rated at the wheels) and haven't had any problems. I would recommend reading the stickies and getting familiar with what nitrous does and what equipment is out there. That way you choose the best setup for you.

For a 75 whp shot I would recommend this:
NX Kit
Genx-2 upgrade (purge, heater, pressure guage, blow down tube)
Ignition (to retard timing)
Coil
Wires
1 and 2 step colder plugs (you will want to dial your setup in and choose the appropriate plug/timing)

For guages -
Nitrous pressure (included in the genx-2 upgrade)
Fuel Pressure
A/F ratio
Oil pressure

And again, I stress that you read around and research whats out there so you get the right setup the first time. Hell, you might want to go DP for all we know.

You may want to get a wet kit seeing as how you have a vafc.

BTW... at that high of a shot... I hope you don't expect your tranny to last too long. Keep in mind that the more nitrous you want to spray, the more expensive it's gonna get.

I've told you this many times. Set a budget first, figure out exactly what you want and then compared that to what your budget allows. You'll quickly learn that exactly what you want will not match anything close to your budget so choose wisely.

For you guys out there that haven't really talked to Topic7... he basically wants to be in the 13s with his SS lude. Give advice based on that.

My advice is to get a high performance torque converter (I believe Level 10 is the company that does this). After that, then do what you need to do to run the 100shot (75shot on NX) on stock internals.

the stock tranny should be fine for light usage, but the more you spray the harder it is going to be on components. I'd like to run a 13 in my SS as well, not sure if I ever will or not. I think with an NX 75 shot (dyno tuned), vafc (dyno tuned), and your the regular boltons (I/H/E/P) will get you close. But once you cover the basics it will start getting spendy for mods.
