Is this repairable or do I have to run an entire new line under the car? Please say repairable

I don't know if you can repair it or not, but new and hole free is always better.

im on my 3rd line...

1st line 16ft sumthin shock it from runnin out side n the rubber thingy came off & ZAP the line n giv it a FAT hole....

2nd line 16 ft sum how it got bent n a it made a VERY small hole but it still leakz....

3nd line 20 ft mad room to play with u can zip tie it all over n still got lik 2 ft to play with.... COVER THe HOLE with tape then put the rubber on....

^^ doesnt sound rite... but is spoken...hahaha
