It is possible ?
It is possible to use:
Nitrous System Direct Port 4 Cyl. Gas EFI(50-75-100-150-200HP), 10lb. Bottle NEX-80004EFI-10

and spray 25-30HP ? If yes what jets size ?

No, they dont make jets that small. You can go to a 55 shot, but thats really pushing it. You should use DP at 75 or so, thats still some really small jetting.
