....and you are done driving around, there's still like a pound of air still left in the lines right? What do you do with that? Is it safe to keep it there until you drive again? Do you have to purge it out?

u purge b 4 u use it... after drivin i just leave it in there... but sum times... i close the bottle then purge out everything thats leftinside...

I purge after I close my bottle to release the pressure in the lines. It makes for less pressure on the 'noids.

I see.. The only problem I saw with purging it all out is that you're wasting like $4 lol. I was just seeing if it's safe to just close the bottle and leave the leftover in the line.

I wouldn't recommend it. Just purge the lines after you close your bottle to avoid any kind of premature wear on your solenoids.

I concur, I either purge my lines out or do a few short runs with the bottle turned off. You can still get a little kick with what is left in the lines. Even if you don't clear your lines after you are done it will eventually leak out, so why put more wear on your noids?

Its way harder on your noids to leave your lines full of gas after then to purge it....purge that crap outa there if you want long noid life....

Solenoid rebuild kits cost $40 a piece. The amount of nitrous in the lines is like $1. You do the math.
Purge the lines out after every use.

i always purge... but you dont really *have to purge the whole line. You could just purge it a bit to release some pressure but not all of it to save yourself 50cents

I always purge the crap out. Makes me sleep better at night since the NOS brand noids are pretty crappy.
