To or not to use ss mode when using nitrous?

Sup fellas, I just checked the search engine and came up a little shorthanded on this question. I just realized that my car is faster by using the ss mode rather than using d4 and letting the car shift itself. Before I discovered this out, I would use nitrous when in d4 only. Now that I know my car is faster in ss mode, I want to use nitrous in ss mode. Is it still ok to use nitrous when in ss mode? If so, when do you normally shift at? Also, do you let your foot off of the gas when changing gears using nitrous in ss mode? I don't normally let my foot off of the gas when changing gears in ss mode. Would I have to let my foot off of the gas when using nitrous in ss mode? Thanks again fellas.

Just drive it like you do without nitrous. I have never used automati mode when I spray nitrous. Just make sure you shift before fuel cut. I usually keep me foot on the floor and shift at about 7500rpms

Like Redlude says u can use it in sportshift mode. Make sure u don't bounce off the limiter. I've ran both ways at the track. Sport shift was .5 sec. faster.

7500rpms is in the redzone. So it's ok to squeeze while in the red zone just as long as it's before the fuel cutoff?

As long as you dont hit fuel cut you will be fine. If you shift that high with or without nitrous, valve adjustments would probably be a little more frequent.
