Wow, I really like your solution to mounting the WOT switch. I sat for a few hours trying to figure different ways that it could be mounted and I never thought about doing it that way. Thats way clever. That bottle bracket looks pretty beefy too. All in all looks like a good install. Are those white lines just solid nylon? Oh yeah, good numbers too. The H22s seem to make killer torque on the juice, best of any honda motor IMO. Im guessing those numbers were on a 50 shot?

Another thing, where did you get the mounting bracket for the WOT switch, my kit came with a very different shaped bracket......

Yea the wot switch mounting just came to me, i didnt want to use the bolt that actually holds the TB on and i noticed a threaded hole right below it so i found a screw that fit and it worked out pretty well. The bracket is a right angle hood pin switch bracket from a viper alarm, i also used one of those brackets for my feul noid. you can get them at any car audio shop, im a custom installer so i just nabbed some from work. The white lines are nylon lines that i got from a PVC store so i could route my purges to each side of my window its like 9 cents a foot. the shot is a 75 wet shot.

I had my car dyno tuned, i was super lean on hte low end so much so i was stuttering on take off. Now i am running a little rich across the whole rpm band and they took me from 150hp to 166hp at the wheels, then with the nitrous i have perfect af ratio and on a 75 shot i made 220whp i forgot to get my disk from the dyno and the shop is closed for the holidays so tomorrow i will get my plots and post them

what are you using for engine management?
vafc?
hondata?
neptune?

anything?

also make sure the jets are indeed for a 75shot and that the nozzle is pointed towards the TB(hey it can happen...I've seen it )

yea it is the right jets we checked them twice, i have a vafc 2 and cam gears for management. the jet is toward the tb we checked it as well. The car has been tuned on and off the nitrous on a dynojet dyno. I will post the dyno plots soon but the car runs great, and stronger than ever on and off the juice. Thanks for your input though the only thing that i can think might be the problem is the placement of the jet, it is right at 6 inches so im not sure.

that'll do it to you

you definitely need a clutch with nitrous
the stocker cant hold past 200wtq....well not for very long anyway

unless you have cams you really dont need cam gears
IMHO I would get an engine management system with nitrous control if you want the most out of your setup...but its just my opinion

hopefully NXLude chimes in real soon...hes much better at answering these questions than I am
im a FI guy

I got them at a good price so i just put them on. i will get a clutch soon i didnt want to buy an engine management system for just a 75 shot, if i go bigger or fi then ill buy it then. money is money haha

Yeah, my clutch slipped way bad even with a 35 shot. The NA numbers are a little low, but not drastically low i guess. 50 whp off of a 75 shot is a little discouraging......I made 42 whp and 65 ft lbs on the 35 shot, that was untuned with just a couple bolt ons.....whats your fuel pressure set at?
