Newbie NX Install question

On the instructions of the NX kit it says to use switch power for the bottle heater & arm switch. I'm using the power from the fuse box in the engine bay for the bottle heater relay. My question is can I use the same power that I'm using for the power of the bottle heater relay? I'm going by the NX install from the stickies. But I don't understand how he got to the kick panel for the switch power! Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

Use two different relays (w/ switches of course).

well, you want the power going to your switches (to power the relay) to be accessory power. That way you can turn your car off and if your switches are on for any reason there won't be any power going to them. There are a few accessory slots in your fuse box, take a test light and see what one turns on with the key (I think there are 3-4 possible ports). Run the power from there to your switches and then to your relay. Your relay won't draw much power, so don't be worried there.

Yeah, in the kick panel, there are 4 accessory ports. 2 of them are always one, and 2 are switched. You want to use the switched ones.
