can the n20 feed line stand cold..??? i currently got mine runnin along the bottom of the car... is it safe to get wet,salt,sand, snow on it???

Yes it can stand cold. I'm not sure how much it will like salt though.

Yeah, it's fine. The n20 gets waaay colder than the outside temp ever will. I would just wash the underside of your car anyway a few times in the winter. I do at least- Keeps 'er looking fresh.
